I'd be interested in seeing how they represent themes for other cities in the world. We know...SPOILERS...that there is more than one Underground. Shibuya's only one of them.

I doubt we'll ever play in a UG Paris or anything, though, because you have to be entrenched in the culture to really get it flowing like in TWEwY, and umm...the people who made this game are from Japan.

I can't really imagine foreigners making a foreign version in another city. They'd have to change it from anime.

You'd be surprised. The Japanese place anime in places all over the planet, and are fairly capable of getting the culture (apart from the obvious language issue) spot on. For instance, Blassreiter is set in Germany, Trinity Blood is set in an analogous version of Italy and the Vatican, and G Gundam, apart from a few stereotypical characters, hits the cultures of its characters pretty well on the mark.

I don't see how S-E would have a problem recreating another city, but I doubt they'll do it.
