He's not teasing the dog. This is a trick. Its an ultimate test of obedience and a lot of people teach their dogs how to do this and things similar to it. I'm sure he rewards him with a treat at appropriate times. And the dog is obviously well fed.

Honestly with my experience training a dog, you never make them do more then one "trick" without a reward. They learn the tricks faster and look forward to learning more. Not to mention that what this owner is doing is cruel! Fire back at me but I have raised a dog who learned not only voice commands but silent hand commands AND tricks. She never looked like this while learning a trick!

@Killahgirly I actually taught him this trick a day before I film this. You have to teach him to be patient first. Break down the tricks into simpler tricks such as waiting for a command to take the food, picking up the treat, holding the treat, and eating the treat--then chain the tricks together.  That's how it's done.
