@senorSHAZAM It actually has more to do with the lucrative oil and gas industry that is centred around Houston and Dallas. Just like San Francisco has technology and New York has finance.
Im from Houston, hate the cowboys- envy the Houston/Dallas rivalary- but honestly want to make my money in Houston, retire in DFW. But honestly, they didnt put as much effort into this video as they did the texaplex and houston videos.
Last night I heard that the cowboys are 2nd most valuable only behind the yankees. We're moving on up!!!!!!! Great video. I'll be happy to site it as a source for stats i give in some of my future videos.

With a few improvements and denser housing, this place would be a heaven.
(It actually makes me sad to see places so rich and successful as compared to cities outside the developed world, just saddening...)
