  • Bad singer.

  • 4:46 what sing is that?

  • I didn't know Rainn Wilson knew how to play Sitar.

  • this is a Rhapsody not a medly

  • The Songs played are:

    The Inner Light (Harrison)

    Norwegian Wood (Lennon)

    Hey Jude (McCartney)

I'm not entirely sure what the little bits in between were. And also: agreed. They should never allow any of those people to sing.

  • I can't tell what Beatles song is it?

  • 14 people's sitar strings broke and whipped their fingers

  • Been playing guitar for almost 5 years. One thing I want to do before I die is play a sitar

  • they should o cut out the singing, the rest is amazing.

  • I hate it when people think if they do acid or pot that they will all of a sudden put out great music.....You have to be talented in the first place! The Beatles were....

  • Comment removed

  • @DuaLeaD thye just happend to be talented and did a lot of acid and smoked a lot of pot lol

  • @DuaLeaD I agree with you, too many people, in front of an unbelievable artist, only think about how much acid inspired his music...for example people can't believe Frank Zappa wasn't on acid, but I think such a great talent it's really hard to be understood...it's sad, because this vision of the music world promotes drugs instead of study..sorry for my bad english

  • @CrisJellyfish your English seems fine to me :)

  • @DuaLeaD i play guitar and smoke pot and i instantly got shittier because i was to stoned play anything lol

  • @DuaLeaD yah you have to be talented... then do acid

  • @DuaLeaD

    i suggest you read something

Beatles are known for trying all kind of drugs

sure i agree with you that some people actually has a talented for music

    Beatles had talent

    dont forget

Its a thing you say to sound a little extra cool

nobody wants to hear about a guy who just sat home and played so they invite stories about coming to the rehearsel and telling everyone about this riff they got

or they were on acid when they did this

or they heard something and just remade it

  • Great...Absolutely wonderful.

It is music that will save the world...not commerce.

  • do those guys know how to party!!!!

  • @beatlefan1993 As a person who has taken acid, trust me, it changes you. Like I said before, I never said that WHOLE songs were written with acid, I just said that their acid experiences influenced their song writing(i.e. making it more psychedelic) I have the whole Beatle's Anthology and my own experiences for reference. She Said She Said is about an acid trip and Day Tripper is also about acid. The Beatles were great artists and I enjoy taking different drugs and listening to their music. :)

  • incrível, muito bom para refletir , relaxar.

    ok

  • incrível, muito bom para refletir , relaxar.

  • que foda

  • 6:00 YEah!

  • Wow i love MOIRA that it makes me to find this!

  • love this :D

  • Man. The Beatles were on some good acid!

  • @BeatleJohn420 only one thing came from acid that made it into one song

which was the first two lines on i am the walrus

  • @halloweenfan92 Relax dude. It's true that they never wrote whole songs while high but you're wrong to think that only a single verse came out of their acid experiences. Their look and mind-set changed completely after they took acid and they often took it for psychedelic inspiration. I was refering to the fact that The Beatles got stoned and messed around coming up with new licks on guitar (and sitar in George's case) and it was awesome. Songs: She Said She Said, Day Tripper, Lucy in the Sky...

  • @halloweenfan92

    Try all of Revolver

  • @BeatleJohn420 i dont see how that has anything to do with this dude playing sitar..

  • what Beatles song is this i know it is just doesn't come to name

  • Comment removed

  • 1. The Inner Light

    2.Norwegian Wood

    3.Hey Jude

  • Token white guy on flute.

  • @HeadbangingWallie66 There was also a white guy on sitar and another on the guitar. :3

  • omg this is the same sound ppl here when they are on drugs

  • @jeffandscottvideos1 I hear Iron Maiden.

  • 11 people are on crack

  • @MrPJAbernathy And 260 are on acid ;)

  • @superaltman i was when i heard it first :)

  • 一直希望看到中國琴瑟也能和西塔琴合奏一下。

  • what songs are in this?

  • @masterpiggy5 the inner light, norweigan wood, hey jude,

  • Me pegue 14 minutos de un viaje intergalactico. solamente re loco puedo ver esto!

  • @pedaleseva A mi me toco lo mismo!

  • Maravilloso...

  • trippy

  • Good!!

  • RIP George Harrison <3

"And the time will come when you see

we're all one, and life flows on within you and without you."

  • I'm in a trance.

  • what is the name of that hand drum?

  • @schaniotakis The drums played with the hands are called "TABLA"....

  • @schaniotakis Tabla

  • Sounds folky or bluegrassy. Quite an odd performance. Sounds really cool.

  • Norwegian Wood FTW!

  • hay 11 locos!

  • I must say, to be very honest, most of the people who comment only mention - "they fucked up on hey jude" - "fucked up on norwegian wood" etc. You should just appreciate this, it is a different sound, it is a cover, they aren't trying to be the exact same as the Beatles, this is just an homage, a tribute. It will have their own flavor, their own version of the songs. If you dislike this as a whole, fair enough, its preference. TL;DR - Its not meant to be the same as The Beatles, just enjoy :D

  • Sitars may be trippy, but they are a hell lot more spiritual!

  • get the mic closer to the flute

  • 100 points if you can recognize all the songs.

  • @Daphnegirl93

    1st Song: The Inner Light

    2nd Song: Norwegian Wood

    3rd Song: Hey Jude

  • Something sounds out of tune!

  • @ib422000 callate hijo de puta y disfruta del puto video!

  • Without going out of my door I can know all things of earth With out looking out of my window I could know the ways of heaven :-))

  • I love this music, I saw Ravi with George in concert in 1974. I'll never forget it. I miss George so much.

  • this is FUCKING AWESOME!!

  • and hey jude but they screwed that up too.

  • i only recognized Norwegian Wood, and it wasnt very good if i may say so myself

  • its the bealtes song "the inner light"

  • I didn't understand a bit of any cover.

Didn't even know when they changed..

  • I did not feel like this was The Beatles. The audience needs their money back! :O

  • @1Clouderon1 You are obviously too young to realise that George Harrison more than any of the other Beatles was influenced completely by his stay in India. What did you expect when you selected this track to listen to? Indian music is quite different. If you accept that The Beatles were unique then you have to accept that anyone playing their music is going to different.

  • Awesome!!!

  • Beautiful.

I miss you George. The world has lost a great artist.

  • guy fucks up real bad during Hey Jude... wtf

  • I remember there was an ensemble just like this in the "Help!" movie playing "A Hard Days Night". it was pretty funny :P

  • @dhruvluke That's actually where Goerge discovered the Sitar

  • norwegian wood, one note off on the sitar? a lil too...twingy

  • @pedroguita999

    The Inner Light

  • Trippy!!!

  • without going out of my window you can know all things of Heaven?

  • its pretty sloppy if you ask me

  • @ChestaGY good thing no1 did ask you

  • @moviesrusproductions mate did you actually listen to it, its not tight at all, just because they're playing good songs dont mean they're playing them good

  • Iliked their cover of Norwegian wood, I don't see whats so bad about it, they're just relaxing playin some music

  • I agree with GameMaestro. The singer was flat often. He also had no soul when he was singing. He was like :"Alright...I'll sing the Beatles.....ugghhhh" haha

  • I don't think the singer was that bad

  • @FlameClaw the singer was fine

  • The lead vocalist was often flat on nearly everything he sang. :( And the sitar players played weird notes that didn't fit in Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown).

  • Can someone please list the songs they played? Thanks!

  • i love tge sound off the drums and the drum guy is very talented

  • whats the name of the first song?

  • somebody could add singing harrison.. coz original inner light is great too, but this cover is much better with sitars..... :) Inner Light! :)

  • son of a bitch

  • What was that bit right after The Inner Light and before Norwegian Wood supposed to be? (If anything)

  • its so relaxing and spritually moving, so great to meditate to.

  • @S1W2E3D Yeah or get really stoned to

  • @ammarhio honestly, i was stoned when i wrote that comment and i am stoned right now writing this one haha.

  • @S1W2E3D LMFAO really? me too, on both occasions

  • @ammarhio i dont mean to make this go on forever but im high reading your latest comment as well as writing this one about to light up another bowl:)

    I'm getting one soon! :D

  • @Chicken10843 ebay?

  • on india

  • within without you

  • this is great thank you so much for posting it

  • wat is that first song?

  • The name of the first song is:

    "The Inner Light"

  • I cant recognize the song but i know it its on the tip of my tongue .............

  • The Beatles certainly could write beautiful melodies, and hearing some of the most outstanding ones played by a couple of sitars (which is my favourite instrument in the whole wide world - that and the bamboo-flute) is a treat indeed! And you might say that several of these tunes constitute simply the wheel turning full circle, since the Beatles were heavily influenced by Indian music in writing some of their melodies.

  • sensationnel!! j'adore!

    thanks for add!

  • still getting over my eargasm :|

  • i think for hey jude..thyeneed better singer.. the rst was great!

  • this is excelent!!!

  • Love sitar music, can endlessly listen to it. thank you for posting. Very beautiful indeed.

  • That was astounding! I absolutely loved it!! That was beautiful beyond belief! Very relaxing to listen to, especially with the large array of different instruments. The flute gave it a nice touch too!

  • Lovely video, really enjoyed hearing the different instruments. A special thanks to ellboy10101 for sharing with me.

  • this is amazing

  • A combination of my two favorite things....Beatles music and the sitar....this is absolutely heavenly

  • and hey jude

  • they messed up on norweigen wood

  • i agree , they could prepare better on this great sitar song! they have got great potential though..

  • I think sitar's would work very well in Irish folk music. I don't know why, I just think it would sound great in a crazed sort of way.

  • i agree.....sitar would fit in well with that

  • Amazing musicians.

  • superb soothing instrument and music... simly mezmerising, just drowning music... sitar is my most liked instrument and beatles my idols...both together makes this artful perfomance a paradise. wish i cud say my gratitude to each and every musician a personal hello. i am sandeep, 49 yrs, male, from Dehradun, india, in dubai now. regards and hats off to the out of this world troupe.

  • wow. this is amazing!

  • He should sing tenor. Ten or fifteen miles away.

  • the other guy was right though. When the singing starts it destroys the video. Those two guys should have kept quiet. The music spoke for it's self. It didnt need any spelling out

  • Absolutely incredible. This goes on my ipod

  • simply mesmerizing!!

  • stick to the instrumental as that is awesome, because the guitar/singer cannot sing at all.

  • i love teh world 20x more, i feel so relaxed

  • sitar's are so freakin trippy! :)

  • @pwnypls1 they give you chills too.

  • @pwnypls1 oh yeah. one must hit the hookah pre-vibe.

  • buenisismo :)

  • This is fucking brilliant! I'd love to be this good.

I don't know any sitarists I'd love to know.
