Article II Section I Claus V CLEARLY states you MUST be a "Natural Born Citizen" to be POTUS and by BHO's own admission, he is not. Simple, direct and to the point.
The D.C. District Court initially denied leave to file the "presentment". Upon a motion to reconsider, Judge Royce Lamberth granted leave to file upon paying the filing fee, but added:
"however, should the fee be tendered the presentments will be dismissed as the petitioners lack standing to enforce the criminal laws of the United States."
I guess lying about who you are and defrauding US people is treason. I though Clinton should have been impeached! WE Just want the TRUTH, but showing a long form B-C is too HARD! He was Yelling about Transparency, But now he does NOT want Transparency. Research Barry Soetoro! The Supreme Court is a Joke NOW! We have been talking about this issue for a while!
Barack Hussein Obama is either an illegal alien or a dual citizen, by his own admission in writing. Of the 5 "citizen" mentions in the Constitution, only one has "natural born" appended to it. The Founders were all dual citizens, which is why they were grandfathered in -- said exception ended with their deaths. Our 'Elected' Officials have failed us and created this constitutional crisis.
This is only the beginning of the end for Barry Soetoro as main stream media is now eating their own over this. Citizens all over our country are now aware that BHO does not qualify as a "Natural Born" citizen and this cannot go away regardless of how much ranting and raving you'll hear from the left. The Constitution and the people win! Barry looses in an ugly end to an illegal act.
