Anyone who takes drugs, like any other medication/illegal drugs are and will be held responsible for what they do while under the influence of drugs. Whatever happens when taking drugs or alcohol, whatever happens due to that is your fault. As insulting that sounds it is true, you make the choice to take drugs and you know the risks.

Well, there is an ultimate answer for the concern about medical Marijuana and illegal drugs in general. Here it is, you are responsible for anything you do when you are under the influence of drugs, especially illegal drugs, you take illegal drugs, you are in a way signing a contract saying you take full responsibility for what happens to you and what you do while doing the drugs.

Conscious adults (and perhaps even older teens or teenagers with functioning cognitive abilities) should be allowed to put whatever the hell they want in their own bodies. Cops shouldn't be weed pickers. Cops shouldn't be forced to care that you may or may not use cannabis. If a cop sees a joint in your car, that should not be probable cause. Cops should be a non violent person's best friend. Cops should always respect a non violent person's privacy. Cops being weed pickers isn't a good thing to society. Cops should there to preserve liberty and limit violence. By Keeping cops busy weed picking, it only hurts society and takes them away from stopping violence.
