Pain Upper Abdomen may be due to Duodenal Ulcer

I've had upper ab burning for 3 months now and Dexilant has worked at first but yesterday even on the meds it was burning and today it's even worse. It only feels better when I eat. Is this what I have? I can't afford to go to a gastoenterologist.
