The STV thing is no joke- I avoid that place as much as possible, regardless of my faction, if I'm on a PvP server or flagged. It's sandwiched between Alliance areas and a ton of rather high level contested areas (and of course the faction neutral Booty Bay).... so yeah it's a bit dangerous to say the least.
