i have problem with the guitar rig 3 :S when i open the program then go to audio options and select external mic and speakers and play some song on the guitar i cant hear the music from ma pc why o.O cool tutorial btw

I have a GT-10 Multi Fx, however i would like to add guitar rig to my sound, how do i connect my guitar to guitar rig 3 through my gt 10?

Yep u can

Guitar to the Boss GT-10 and then to ur computer

Look at the back of the u're GT-10 theres a USB thing at the back plug it from there through ur pc and that ll do it

or do i just drag the PRESET to the button on the virtual footswitch and that will apply it to my kontroller...i am serously thinking of getting this program. i used to paly in bands, but now i jsut play at home ,aand want something that can record and save simpel files to send to friends..this has a recorded htat saves the recording ot your computer..

I bought gutiar rig session because I was looking at a practice amp in the same pricerange that I could mic to record... this was by far the best option.

Buy it if you've got a decent computer, it's really amazing!

how do you store presets tho...its not liek clicking ab utton on an amp modeling amp...soooo like say if a tubesreamer, a supersonic, and a chorus is my main tone..how do i store those to the foot controller jsut drag and drop?

yeah great software wonderful terrific but how in the name of fuck do you get rid of all the hum an hiss an pop an squeal and the shitty muddy tone when your creating a distortion channel and yeah Ive used the noise reduction, noise gate and limiter with no decent results

I can tell you it's not session. The session version is stripped down. How ever you can use the demo version wich includes everything but you can only use it for 30 min, after that you'll have to restart it.

Oh dude, come on... they DESERVE their $300, it's one of the best softwares around and we're not talking about tons of bucks.. and aside, the bundled controller is indeed a nice thing to have, especially with laptops

yeah ok guitar rig alone is 300, now you need a DAW, so now your looking at anywhere from 6 or 700 to like 3 or 4000. no thanks.

Btw, Cubase essentials, Logic express and some other stripped-down versions of famous DAWs are all under $200... and they have everything you need, unless you desperately need Mainstage or the ultimate kickass HALion...

Guitar RIg Session comes with an audio interface and a recording software package and everything for 199. It's not that expensive.

Besides everyone downloads this stuff illegally, but you are still going to have to buy the hardware, so NI knows what they are doing; you can download it but you can't use it until you spend money on their interface.

fuck, yeah ok, great, wonderful, terrific. you deserve a fuckin medal for being so educated on the program and all the pretty bells and whistles that comes with it. All I really care about is 1) I can use guitar rig on its own on my computer just fine without the controller or any special hardware and 2) I can use it while recording in cakewalk sonar producer (also pirated) without a problem. with which I have recorded full length albums with supreme quality

I didn't say I didn't use any interface, I say I didn't use any of there shit, which there interface is, SHIT. as for latency Ive never had a problem since I started using my toneport UX8. I dont have to mic my drums, I use ez drummer "drum kit from hell" which I sequence with cakewalk. as long as you know your shit you dont need some "mystical" fucking soundcard, fuckwad.
