  • so cool

  • I like your harpp laying. I play along with you as you go, best as I can. Thanks for putting this classic up.

  • Love it. Maybe you can have them singing next time!!! but for the rest 5 stars

  • have you done all by your self with recording the drums too? i miss more delay on the harmonica. and i see you work with midi recording, what gear do you use? my self use powertracks audio 12. and i use a korg karma. hope you like my stuff here:) 5++++++

  • Yikes!

    Ottawa, Ontario

  • nice job

  • can u play the intro on a c harp

  • Nice work. Great cover of a great song.

  • get better.

  • I posted a video reasponse with my version. It is in the key of B on guitar and the key of E for harmonica. I play the piano part on my guitar. Its a little different

  • nice... Thanks learned a lot :-)

  • Nice version. I saw Supertramp in Toronto. I have heard Roger's version live without Supertramp. It is not the same as with Supertramp. It's ashame that he and Rick can't settle their differences. Rick's Harmonica playing is really a special part of this song. I wrote an original song about finding your destiny. It has a similar theme as this song. It is called, "Where I Belong" by Vince Ravon. It is on youtube. CHeck it out.

    God Bless!. Vince!

  • I've been practicing this song for long time.

and I notice you are not using bends at all that's why it sounds like you are breathing in and out of the harp intead of a wavy mellow sound without pauses that regularly occur when you breath in and out. Remember bends are hidden tones in the harmonica.

Try to make the cat's meow or dog wow or even talk into the instrument while you bend.

  • In the original tune the harp parts are in F. But the whole song would seem to adapt well to C. Nice bit!

  • Nicely Done!

I'm in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island right across the georgia straight!

    Great song!

  • Greeting from Chicago !

Hey what key is that harmonica in ?

    Nice job.

  • It is a harmonica in the key of C

  • Are you sure? I thought it was the f key.

  • The harmonica is originally in F key.

  • i love you bear
