if it gets in the way of the internet browser put it on auto hide n if u want it why on the internet browser put your pointer all the way to the top of the screen n leave it there for a second or so n it will pop up n to make it go away take your mouse off it. hope this helped

Try installing "RK Launcher" you might need to change a few things if you have Vista it has a coupel bugs that make it crash.

Depends on your computer. RK Launcher's advantage is that you don't have to install it, just go and install it. ObjectDock and RK Launcher are basically the same.
