  • how many people have told you that you could be noah's long lost twin?

  • Is that a super bowl 39 bag? The steelers should have been in that but got robbed in the afc championship by the patriots because of spygate. Could have been a PA super bowl with the eagles. Good cover

  • Holy fuck. Are you Young Man? I love your album Ideas of Distance if so.

  • @Envee211 I'm not Young Man, but I've listened to his stuff. He's really great. I'm not near as good, but if you want to check out my stuff go to my bandcamp page:

  • you sound a lot like Noah. (Except I can understand what you're saying)

  • This kid is a genius musician.

  • Wow, how did you do the "wind chime" vibrato so well?

  • @jacobleistra hmmm? Not quite sure which part you are referring to. But even if I did, I probably wouldn't know the answer to that question. Just using my voice.

  • @dantheman7480 I was referring to the arpeggiated synth that kinda sounds like wind chimes in the intro. It's what you're playing on the keys when you're singing in the first minute and a half or so.

  • @jacobleistra drr

  • Woah.. this is really good. Seriously.

  • This is fucking dank

  • you are amazing

  • what do you use to loop?

  • @speakerphone94 I actually don't have anything to loop with. The only thing being looped is the percussion at the end which I just made with the loop feature on my kaossilator. But it can't loop anything else, only sounds that can be made with the kaossilator. I'd really like to get some kind of looper though.

  • LOVE!!! <3

  • excellent job dude

  • brilliance

  • Side note: You could really use a mixer so you won't need to unplug anything to get your KAOSS Pad running. Great job.

  • Beautiful. This makes me smile.

  • @ABOVEZESEALEVEL i'm not sure i fully understand your question. i did everything live, there was no previous recording done. i don't know if that's what you're asking though.

  • killer cover!

  • this is dope man, great job

  • god you're awesome.

  • so good.

  • @teamshare it's on patch 61.A and i turned the tempo knob to about 3 o'clock. and the modulation knob all the way down. And the end part is just with the modulation all the way up and the cutoff knob tweaked a bit. hope this helps

  • K, so I just got the MicroKorg, and a nice Mic, and I have Logic 9 for the Mac, but I was wondering what should I use to alter my voice, not a Vocoder alter but echoes and delays and such, what do you use? I want it to sound of course like animal collective also, seems if anybody should know it would be you, you've got a mighty setup indeed!

  • @projectbluefilter Well all i have for my vocals is a cheap mic running through a karaoke machine that has a delay knob that i turn all the way up haha. So it's nothing fancy. But i would think that you could run your mic through your mac using Logic 9 somehow and put some effects over it, then run the mac through an amp. I'm not sure, i don't know much about using computer programs for music.

  • your voice sounds great, man. awesome cover!

  • this is awesome you did a really good job

  • this one is exceptional, dan. your voice is working.

  • this is actually good.

  • wow. A/C would be impressed.

  • wow i didnt think it was possible to cover AC

  • @KOB245

You should check out the Fireworks cover by Skeleton Me

  • A VERY respectable attempt. Keep it up!

  • Awesome cover man, would you mind telling me which program setting you used for that arpeggio line? I just got a Micro Korg myself, and I have no idea what I'm doing, and I've been meaning to find some of the similar tones AC uses (I would like to make dancey tracks that don't sound like crappy club music, more like how AC makes pseudo dance songs). Thanks in advance if you can help me out man.

  • @felizginato12 Sorry for the late reply, I somehow never saw this comment. I'll have to check to see which patch i was using, but i'll let you know.

  • @dantheman7480 Thanks! And sorry for requesting info on several of these, I actually forgot I asked about this one. xD

  • @felizginato12 it's on patch 61.A and i turned the tempo knob to about 3 o'clock. and the modulation knob all the way down. And the end part is just with the modulation all the way up and the cutoff knob tweaked a bit. hope this helps and sorry it took this long to reply.

  • that was awesome, sick cover!

  • @ChumpJoe well actually the kaossilator is a completely separate device. it doesn't plug in to the microkorg. I just have it plugged into an amp. But what it does is, it has a bunch of different synth sounds and some drums that you can loop and stuff. Its a cool little thing. I just used it for the drums on both of these videos

  • Excellent work! I've always been curious as to why there haven't been many AC covers. I guess the reason is because its a rather difficult task. You do it justice though. Keep it up fool!

  • Fucking awesome, man. I've been an AC fan for a long time and you are definitely doing them justice with this interpretation. Very cool! Keep it up, homie! You got a new subscriber fo sho!

  • the vocals are spot on, man. you sound almost like avey

  • Pretty good man :)

  • リア充氏ね

  • can you translate that for me
