I'm surprised that Geia by Vandi is not in the repertory of bulgarian covers. It it a world famous song and a deliciou$ target for any bulgarian singer. I don't know why they didn't make a bulgarian cover.

Gosh! Thanks for letting me know. I did a search to all of the "Sta Boulgarika" videos and couldn't find a Geia cover...please tell me that is only a nightmare and I should wake up! the bulgarian version is very strange! In fact it not only has Geia as cover, but also has extracts from "tuareg by Ricky Leroy and "Yulunga" by Dead Can dance. I also found the serbian version and is absolutely intrascendent. There is no effort in it. The only difference is the language.

Yes, it's a very bad cover. It didn't have much success and no one remembers it today. Even Despina's version was more popular than the cover.

GreEcePrinzez: Lol... take it easy! They don't destroy the songs... we have get used to the greek version and that's why the foreign (bulgarian) version is not nice into our ears! They can cover the greek versions. this is very good, that another country likes the greek music-songs and asks (pays) for covering a song...by the way HOT WOMAN -- this singer! nice!
