I love this video so much!! I just started Gyaru just this year =D And to be honest, Gyaru is my most fave style throughout all my other styles... I didn't like having just one kind of boring style... I wanted to be unique and stand out from all the rest =D Ever since I started doing Gyaru, I've been told I look younger than before (which is my plus) and I've been asked why this and why that about Gyaru fashion... I just want to be all out, and Gyaru is the #1 fashion =D

Why does everyone say "gyaru" instead of Gal? what's the point of saying gyaru if you're not japanese? I always wondered that.

@thesexysnake10 Personally, I say 'Gyaru' because people over here already use the word 'gal' (Just meaning girl) - example: "I'm going to see my gals" and it's actually always made me cringe when people say it, so I say 'Gyaru' to make it clear I'm talking about the fashion and not using a 'slang' word for girl, I can't even bring myself to say 'gal' *cringe*. However, everyone is different, and a lot of girls do use 'gal' - it's your choice! <3

I love these ladies! I normally wear lolita but I understand Gyaru. Both fashions rock and I love to wear manaba style and hime style. It brings so much beauty from the inside out and makes the world extra colorfull! No matter what you wear if it suits you and you are happy in it the look shines.

@LaSirenita0407 gaijin means outside person or foreigner. The reason it can come across as an insult is because gaijin aren't respected by a lot of Japanese. Although I would say the majority think we're pretty cool. (don't ask me)

@LaSirenita0407 Gaijin means 'From outside Japan/foreigner'. I don't see how it's an insult though, I think it can only be an insult if you let it be one. I think people who are insulted by it, might not know the meaning anyway - As far as I'm aware, 'Gaijin' is just 'Gaikokujin' shortened, and no one finds 'Gaikokujin' (Foreigner) offensive. But you never know, I could be wrong! <3
