if you moved the capo up to the fourth fret it would be so much easier to play. The chords would then be D, A, Em, and G for the chorus and verse and Em, G, D, A for the pre chorus

No offense intended, but your voice is extremely average and not all that singer bound. You have a more speaking voice, not singing.
