Sorry but this is work of beginner, otherwise he would know that in PATH he can upend %JAVA_HOME%\bin as that is secondary purpose of variables. Also on Windows 7 you do not need to restart pc you can go directly in CommandPrompt and check your settings with echo command as echo %JAVA_HOME% and/or echo %PATH%
@peterbudo Thanks for your input. There are many ways how to achieve the same thing. This screencast is for beginners, so it's made easiest way possible and I don't expect them to know much more about Windows. And about restarting a computer there's an error as you correctly pointed out. I pointed that out in transcript of this tutorial.
