Hey Matt, not sure what you use to capture, but i know for the videos that I have my voice in, I usually render the audio out separately from the video, and take the audio into some audio editing program and boost the volume a little louder (but not so it craps out) and then import it back into the video and mute the other audio so I have the video and the audio then process it for youtube.
Looks good Matt. I would just recommend you go into the performance section of windows and turn off all the Animations and all the fades but leave desktop composition(transparency turned on). It will make the machine on the video seem MUCH snappier. Aero animations and fades AWAYS make the machine seem slower than what it is.Even more so when screen is being recorded.
@Trowter In-case you haven't realized, Internet Explorer 9 is pretty good nowadays, far better than Internet Explorer 8. IE9 kicks the other browser's ass with hardware acceleration, see for yourself. I prefer Chrome myself personally due to the speed and extensions, however, IE is no longer as shit as it used to be.
If Windows. Connect the laptop to the Internet via Ethernet. Delete the wireless driver. Scan for hardware changes. Wait for the drive to install it's self. Connect to your network again.
If you need more detail let me know. Or just Google computer management console.
