  • too bad this is a gator roll not a cement mixer

  • this move is shit only retards use it cause they dont know what theyre doing and think its cool

  • @Ali3343 Thats why you watched a video how to do it and learn it retard.

  • @OutXrage yeah i def watched this video to learn how to learn them.. or maybe it was the fact that i actually stumbled upon a video on how to do such a fish move and couldnt take it at the least bit seriously

  • Gator roll

  • no that was a perfect cement mixer. You use it when you are going for a cow catcher but the oppenent on bottom is either stronger or prepared and wont let you have it, so you quickly roll the opposite way using their own strength

  • ive heard that its not but is this ;legal folkstyle middle school?

  • This move would have really helped me during BJJ training today, oh well, never to late to learn. Nice technique.

  • "cement mixer"concrete kids northhampton rob rohn hit it dow 14-2 to win national title for lehigh, they get to name it

  • They have so many Names for these kinda moves, my coach and practically everyone here calls it a Alligator Roll lol

  • the bulldog, pancake, under hook and head whatever state your in move does not work when someone charges into you while you throw it. sometimes on the knee's but I find the chin whip going the other direction has worked better when you circle intensely with all your weight while you hit the chin whip.

  • tht aint no damn cement mixer drive across tha back

  • its a cement job

  • lol starting with anaconda choke...doing a gator roll and finishing with what looks like a d'arce choke!

  • my son says this is a gator roll. his coach yelled at him for doing it, told him it was a garbage move.

  • @electronictrip really? i wrestled in high school and after practicing this move until i was comfortable, it helped me win multiple matches. i've beaten guys who were clearly better than me with this move because it does catch them off guard. i wouldnt say it's a garbage move. your son has a garbage coach if he doesn't let your son develop a variety of attacks. of course, hopefully your son has his basics down.

  • this is cool

  • No this is not a Russian move it's from allentown Pennsylvania there high school coach created it

  • that a gator roll

  • god dam it this is a russian roll, a freestyle move created by umm russians

  • yeah this only works on fish unless you use it on somebody who expects the cow catcher

  • I thought it was called the twister but either is good

  • favorite move, but i just slam him down from nuetral, i dont wory about geting down first... i pined the guy in 10 seconds my first match with that move

    ]

  • Geez, how fast can they go. Show a cement mixer in 23 seconds? Did they need to catch a bus or something?

Catch their next videos... how to learn Russian in 12 minutes. Brain surgery in 18 minutes.

  • lol nice

  • @303Gregg lol

  • other names....

    death roll

    gator roll

  • that isnt a gator roll. a gator roll is when you lock up a front head and then roll it. both are very similar though

  • @jdon666 That's what I call it, the death roll. I never use it though. I just call it that because it's a backup move if the deathlock fails.

  • @hypergamerman i call it that because if you dont hit it right ur either back where u started or have given up 5 pts and possibility for getting pinned

  • can u do this standing

  • no xD but try doing a fairfax standing up, it works a lot

  • yea at my school we call it the kindergarden killer

  • lol

  • We use to call this the "Cinderella" back in high school. I ended a match in 20 seconds with a pin using some thing very simillar to this move. I had a friend in high school who hit a "Cinderella" from a standing position. His opponent was so stunned he pinned him within 10 seconds of the move.

  • lol i just to do this

  • this is for freestyle right

  • it's legal in folkstyle wouldn't do it to often tho

  • Actually last year i choked someone unconcious last year while in a head throw position, and because i had the arm it was just extremly tight and knocked him out, but i won because he couldnt continue and it was in a legal position.

  • dude i did the same thing my guy turned purple haha

  • thats why you reach across the face not the neck

  • they call it a underhook and turn in my neck of the woods.

  • i know this move as the gator roll, but all moves have different names in different places

they call the "cow catcher" a "cement mixer" here

  • davison wrestling, brent metcalf

  • I've been taught that that is a russian roll not a cement mixer

  • why would grabbing his wrist make it illegal?

  • im pretty sure grabbing the wrist makes it illegal

  • u obviously know nothing about wrestling

  • You know jack shit because if you take a second to look by doing that you can choke the living fuck out of the person you are doing it to. Also its not like i've personally asked 3 referees about the matter.

  • It's his wrist, not yours, and the intent is NOT to choke him, therefore it's legal.

If you were only doing the move to apply pressure to his throat, then you would have a point, but this is clearly for leverage.

  • Im not 100% if its illegal but as for the intention that is a stupid point to make. An intention during an armbar is to pin someone but if the ref believes there is too much pressure on the joint he will stop it, it doesn't matter what the intention is, it only matters what will happen.

  • Joint pressure and chokes are completely different things. You can't "break" someone's breathing flow, but you can sure as hell dislocate a shoulder.

  • Its the principle of what I said, it doesn't matter what your intentions are, if u do something illegal or potentially dangerous its going to be stopped. The ref doesn't care that you didn't mean to choke him, he only cares that you actually did. So yes my analogy did make sense and so does my original thought.

  • Yes, but it doesn't change the fact that you're wrong.

  • Prove me wrong with actually correct logic and then ill believe i'm wrong. Until you can tell me im wrong with an actual reason I dont care.

  • All illegal positions are defined in the rulebook. That is not one of them. You can look online or ask your coach to look through his.

  • Not all are specified in the book. They are based off what you cannot do. Im assuming in the book it doesn't say anything about choking someone with double grapes in does it? No. They do not list every single position they simply give basis.

  • It lists a choke, and defines what a choke is. No matter what you're doing with your legs, if your arms are in that choke position it's illegal.

So yes, it actually does. Maybe you should take a look at a rulebook rather than "assuming" what's in it.

  • thats more like a barry roll. a cenent mixer you would be running it around the right and not rolling to the left..

  • A barrell roll is done as a counter to front head lock or sprwal and is also known as a outside fireman's or near arm far leg.

  • @bestmxer01 This was a cement mixer breh

  • @bestmxer01 Do you have down syndrome?

  • we learned the cement mixer a different way, a lot less painful

  • pain is the key!!!..

if you make as painfull as you can to your opponent the easier it is to controll him.

  • yeah yeah yeah thats all good and swell nice move and stuff but thtas not going to work on a horse forgive me if i sound a bit

weak and underminding but it is something you should think about

  • A.K.A Greco Roll. great move.

  • Around here it has two names; gator roll or a twister.

  • I've seen a similar action called a gator roll, but it's done to lock in an anaconda choke or other brabo variation.

  • i know it as a Julio roll...great move though what ever name u want to use for it

  • i usually take the elbow and then roll through and my arm is still on the head

  • actully we turn to the other side and its a neck chancery

  • that was a neck chancery

  • isnt tha a russian roll

a cement mixer is when you have a front headlock, put your hands between his legs and roll into the nearside cradle

  • if you roll him to the right, over his hip, our coach calls it a cement job

  • ... that sounds dirty ...

but wouln't that be a bulldog?

Or are they two different things?

  • Im pretty sure that's not a bulldog

  • cement mixer is the best

  • we learned it a different way.... we dont do the whole twist, we do it weird

  • nevermind, just found out its a cow catcher..

  • good stuff

  • awesome im gonna try this

  • DAMN

  • I use this a lot in mma, totaly take someone for a ride. Thaks for posting you guys have great how-to vids, also that granby roll is a killer, being a heavy weight nobody would think that I would use them, but I hit BJJ guys with it alot right into catch wrestling arm bars and neck cranks.

  • awesome how-to

  • y do u have to grab his chin?

  • cause it'll feel really bad to the man getting hit by one.

  • its illegal to wrap your arm around the neck, they consider it a choke

  • not if you have control of his arm too. a front headlock is legal because his arm is up next to his head

  • Place your palm on his chin and it's not a choke. You have control of his head not his throat.

  • finally, i found out ow to do that move!

    Thanks! 5\5

  • important to keep tight lock on the chin when your doing that

  • thanks.. was wondering how to do it with wrist lock because i always grabbed my left bicep

  • my favorite move....
