i tried ur rasgulla recipie, it turned out to be quite hard and the balls got overburned from the bottom

Yes. It wont taste bitter as only a trace may be there in final preparation.

Yes U can take 2 teaspoons of the all purpose flour with 3/4 cup of water.Corn flour or Aritha gives better results.

U can use CF 1 1/2 tsp dissolved in 1 1/2 tbs water.
