Oh my God...I heard Frank Skinner say on the radio the other day that Frank Sidebottom was a massive inspiration to him. I wrote on a post it note - who is Frank Sidebottom? and stuck it on my door. So...I just watched this for the first time and I absolutely burst a gut, like rolling on the floor laughing at 6.05 will have to look up more of his stuff,,, thx for posting

I guess there is some British comedy that just can't translate to we Americans, as there is of course American comedy that fails to translate to the British. But, I just don't get it. Even so I am very sorry he is dead, especially if the stories of dying with no money are true.

Frank is one of the best original comics of all time. My band supported him a few years go at retro bar in manchester. He was a loverly person and feel honoured to of met him. RIP Frank you will be sadly missed love from Starbase 109 x
