Whats to circulate misinformed? The ambient temp in the attic is never more then +\- 4 degrees from the living space temp. Maybe one should inform ones self of the product before casting such idiotic misinformed half wit comments.
This stuff isnt as good as closed cell foam. The perm rating of open cell foam (icynene) is that of a sponge. There have been thousands of complaints from people using icynene that over time it soaks up water and breaks away from the walls.
A friend of mine, this was video from his house. This insulation is so nice combined with cellulose wall insulation that you cant hear planes, nor the riding lawnmower outside.

the roof has no vents, its solid 6 inches of icynene from wall to wall every rafter.
