Pg 170, lines 1-3 nonresident aliens are exempt from the taxes.

Member of congress will lie right to your face. The only true thing about this response is the tax on the "rich." You know, the people that provide jobs in this country and already pay the majority of the taxes. But don;t worry. Congress will tax the hell out of the middle class as well.
