this video is shot from a helicopter with a dome camera ( camera in some kind of plastic dome) this dome got cracks and holes.. thats what is showing in the video, you can see how the cracks move at the same rate beside one another when when the camera turns inside the banged up dome :)

yeah besides the fact the UFO is at a very slow frame rate yet the plane is smooth : P
