I've never seen a game sequel so close to the original :) When you play Majesty 2; right away a lot of things will remind you so much of the 1st one which is a major plus :D I like how they went for the familiar style of animation for the intro cutscene too :)

I must say that this game is awsome, i really liked the way of the freedom of the heroes and how hard and numerous the enemies can get.

I think that its much better then just control your heroes, i didnt get bored of this game and i will never get bored, this is fun and the best Fantasy Sim i have ever seen in my gaming carrer.

As my friend GameMiestro said down there, this game can be easily as fun as StarCraft (Cant wait for the New one), C&C and other RTS's.

Well I did play this game, it's not bad, but I think it's a little too easy. I beat it within a few hours. As for Populous 2, I have yet to try and beat it haha. All though, I have yet to find a computer now a days that will run dos games correctly. Anyways, it isn't bad, but too easy.

Sadly, the games got one glaring annoyance. When trying to place buildings you have to go running the building all over the map trying to find a place for the blueprint of the building to turn from red to green to allow you to place the building. It's really annoying after a short while. The other one is that buildings continue to have the scafolding indicating they are still being built for a short time after being built. It confuses you whether they are done or not.

Yeah, thanks I knew that. Its not the problem, the problem seems to be with the game itself. There are also times that the footprint to the building is red, move it slightly it's still red, move it back to the original position and now it's green. It needs a fix.

..but I do have one complaint, and that is the walking. The people's feet float sideways when they turn or stop. It doesn't look right at all, especially when everything else is done so well.

And it's my understanding that they've kept most all of the old stuff, just added to it, including more guilds and a second tier for heroes and some buildings (or a third tier for some buildings, I don't know).

You should try out the original and the expansion pack until it comes out, I suggest.

I really wasn't sure what to expect when I read that Majesty 2 was going to be made by Paradox Interactive (not good), considering how many flaws there are with HoI2 and how many patches were needed. I mean it is a pretty big and incredibly extensive game, but the background righting was pretty bad and spelling and punctuation errors were everywhere (just not impressive. "The base revolt risk is Berlin is 0%" Seriously. Anyway). The graphics look gorgeous, though, but I do have one complaint so
