hi i have a problem with mine.. its the 4gb mp9 pen i RESETED it dozens of times and it still freezes in YELLOW light.. does anybody know how to fix this? i also discharged it completely still freezes on yellow light and cannot be seen as usb mass storage device any help please?
did yours come with a cd?? and when you turn it to record and blue ligh comes on does yours stay on? also how do you find it when you connect it to the computer?? any help much appreciated
My pens camera doesn't work because when i turn it to blue the blue just turns off and then when i connect it to my computer it doesn't come up anywhere so i can access it bin charging it for hours
