This was a superb episode and I remember taping it when it aired and watching it loads of times thereafter. Frank Skinner was on top form and Nick Hancock worked so well with him on this episode.
@Mayna00 To me, he was making fun of the Shakespear line where he says "You won't see her then because love is blind". That doesn't make sense and is just putting two sayings together.
Skinner then mocks it by joining a reference to his earlier banana joke and throwing in something about a banana skin. Equally stupid.
So much of this was incorporated into his biography almost verbatim! Still quality though
