  • Waldo is hiding as the lines judges

  • I know what people are gonna say, oh he's not the same as he used to be. But that's not true.

  • BLACK SON OF A FUCKED BITCH U USELESS|!!!!!!

  • Toying.

  • 3:38... Why Federer is so darn good.

  • 2:22:Federer's volley at no man's??

  • @niclassj That little shit-eating grin with his head hung down ... a sweet passive way to express job satisfaction.

  • 3:11 Roger is really trying hard not to smile :D

  • Im sorry, Blake plays really well but he doesnt belong at the masters cup

  • there's waldo....there's waldo.......there's waldo.......there's waldo

  • this is unreal by fed what a backhand exhibition by him one of d bst performance by fedex no doubt

  • Look at James Blake at 3:47, maybe he thought "Oh my... I'm playing with God" xD

  • @thanhdc2809 Who the fuck was Blake again? lololol

  • And James Blake was never the same.

  • @senoreo kind of like your asshole after he stuck his racket in it right?

  • @senoreo whereas you bla bla bla bla .... right?

  • Why are all the line judges dressed like where's Wally?

  • aahaha 5 nadal fans...

  • He is the best player ever!!!!

  • if he play like this now with such a strong backhand...djoko or nadal no chance getting closer to him. Now everyone attacking to his backhand and for some reason it is not strong as it used to be. Federer is not 100% at the moment. But he can get through to finals and semis. But before he retire he is gonna kick all those arses again.

  • No other would sums it up better than class just sheer genius

  • genius!

  • blake: thanks for the lesson roger! (thanks god is over)

  • thats a man at his peak

  • Federer's backhand had never been this good.

  • I can tell you that Federer is the only guy who I wouldn't try to explore his backhand. Parallel, crossed, slice, lob, all of them simply perfect

  • he probably would have had alot better chance if he didnt constantly hit to his backhand

  • u killed blakie lol

  • @ottackon noo actually these r probably da only gud backhands federer has hit in his career . dats y hes always losing to nadal cuz of the weak backhand and there are alot of pros who have a better backhand den him and he has not too much of a backhand and a great forehand so hes not perfect u got datt?

  • @greatslasher get an education?

  • i just found waldo! ... actually, a lot of waldo's, and they are judging at the lines

  • what is this a joke is a robot playin or smethng this is mre than perfect no human can play like dis........... except d greatest roger

  • sadly federer cannot do this now against the top players

  • Haha, at 2:06 Blake volleys, and Roger comes up to the net on his backhand side. Right before Federer hits the ball, he just stands there and he's like "you know what? fck this.." I don't blame him. I would've just ran LOL

  • i like federer not because he's good player, but because he have stamina to be good player for many years. That's cool.

  • What a stunning end to a stunning season. I wish Roger could play like this again for one more year.

  • @ottackon oh no men, when you talk about nadal, the sayhe relies too much on his DRIVE,HIS UNIQUE AND SPECIAL DRIVE.

  • and they say that this is his weakness...

  • Just to cut Blake some slack, he had a tiresome match the day before this one, I believe.

  • look at 3:34, look only at Federer's footwork. so fast!!

  • @tomerico20 I know right? It's ridiculous, I always call him the ghost.

  • only roger federer can produce a shot of this excellence

  • i wish i could play a backhand like these

  • When Federer's backhand is on fire, only Nadal can stop him (and in clay)

  • He is killing Blake

  • His backhand has remained his weakness over the years. But when you look at this performance, you see that in this match, he had absolutely no weaknesses and that's why he was totally unbeatable. If he was so strong on his backhand with every match against nadal like he was yesterday in the masters' finals, nadal wouldn't find a way to win against roger. When you look at nadal's shots, about 80 percent are on roger's backhand.

  • Roger is the classic greatest ever. love you Roger :)

  • die backhand on 1.30m is insane

  • I've seen this video about 10 times now but I still have to laugh!

  • beautiful backhands. so much of it in 3 games.

  • roger will destroy you if you give his backhand side a flat shot, and we could see that blake's shots are perfect for roger to counter. so much for james blake. but the reason why nadal dominates roger is because of the topsin that nadal produces, it just bounces too high(from nadal's crosscourt forehand) and roger can't make a backhand winner with those kinds of shots, let alone return perfectly.

  • @iban1228 exactly. if nadal was a right handed player, he'd have no hope. it's only cause his forehand goes cross court to fed's backhand. courts these days have slowed down, even at wimbledon, which suits nadal and goes against fed. everyone is against federer.

  • @sultanabran1 And if I have understood correctly, also the balls have been made slower over the years to make the rallies longer. Which has also helped these "robotic baseliners" such as Murray and Djokovic to emerge. Good players, but hardly entertaining. You have to love Fed for his imagination and variety, even if he's losing too many finals these days, but he is always amazing to watch, because you never know what crazy shot he will hit next. With others, you just don't get that feeling.

  • @rokilama on top of that, Federer can be defending 2 or 3m behind a baseline, and he'll hit a winner out of nothing.

  • he is just King of Kings

  • I have seen it live; crazy backhands he hit there, never seen him playing that many insanely backhands in a single match before and after this match...

  • The backhand is supposed to be his weakness !!

  • His backhand is suppose to be his weakness !!!

  • The commentators are failures and should hurt themselves substatially.

  • will federer ever play tennis like this again? he's far from it now (that's not to say it won't happen again...)

  • @ottackon you're right ;)

  • Unbelievable backhand display. This is as good as it gets.

  • @ottackon And then came Rafael Nadal...

  • simply AMAZING

  • unbelievable shot makin ..........he is the best

  • wow , wenn er mal so gegen Nadal spielen würde.. der würde sich ja die Hosen voll machen.. Go Federer.. Du bist der Grösste..

  • 2006 federer - a good year.

  • that was an amazing shot

  • His backhand can be so effective on faster courts. Masters 2006 and 2007 were just unbelievable. Crushed everyone

  • @john1988277 Masters 2003 as well. Perhaps even more convincingly.

  • hey Blake, you want ham and cheese with that bagel?

  • Federer is a true pioneer of tennis. He pulls off shots no-one even thinks about hitting.

  • think about how much it must suck to play roger federer. knowing that no matter what you do, he can hit a winner 90% of the time. poor james

  • The most amazing thing about this video, besides these Darth Vader backhands... is WHO THE F**** donuts James Blake???

Do you know how freaking hard it must be to literally deny Blake even one service game? wow

  • blake seemed to really favor standing (from his point of view) on the left half, almost to much confidence in his forehand? so after a couple shots federer would rip one down the line and there was nothing he could do cause he was to far cause he just stayed there and didnt get more in the middle

  • the best backhand of the world

  • Yes this was an incredible backhand exhibition, however blake also has a decent backhand. it is nothing compared to federer's. The only reason federer's backhand looks so good in this video is because blake "refused to recover from his shots." if you watch the video again look at what blake does after each shot, he just stands there, waiting for federer to hit another backhand. federer's backhand is amazing though, it's just that I feel that this video doesn't capture its full potential.

  • Roger federer wasnt playing amazing blake was playing terrible and Federer took advantage, Blakes movements terrible, anticipation to the wrong corners and Hitting everything to Federers backhand(obviously anit working), Plus watch how often blake is caught in no man land cause he hits it to Federer and expects to come in off a shot which anyone could deal with. Worst match ive seen blake play tbh no concentration or footwork

  • When Federer plays like that, NOBODY has a chance. Hes the Master of the Masters.

  • @michaelnight67 if only that made sense...

  • @nickrunaway2 That does make sense...

  • @michaelnight67 nadal is the only player can gun down federer even when federer played at his best.

  • @on9hockeu I don't think that's true. In the off chance that Fed does play his best against Nadal you will see a Fed victory IMHO. The nature of the match-up means that Fed is usually incapable of playing his best against Rafa. It's an uphill battle for Fed both technically and tactically.

Plus, Safin took him out that one Aus Open when Fed was playing at full. Gonzalez too on one occasion at TMC 07.

  • Blake got owned

  • i think blake wasnt thinking very much because roger was very predictable in this match but blake fell for it every time for his back hands near the ally

  • What can you do? When Federer has what may be one of the greatest forehands ever, and then he's ripping backhands like these, you might as well just shake hands immediately.

  • and "semi-half-volley" is an interesting term (3:05)

  • this is the most incredible backhand-performance I have ever seen by federer :O

  • What interest me is that blake also plays a single handed backhand, which roger sees it as nothing.

  • this is an amazing backhand true king of tenis, go roger on the australian open 2010

  • holy SHIII%#$^

  • Beautiful!

  • 3:59 - 4:12 Blake just desperately tried to outhit Federer's backhand but got a look-at-that winner!

  • 3:53 best one hand backhand ever.

  • I'm gonna be a pro tennis player one day

  • Thought that Blake was gonna win the point at 2:36

  • Creo que solo el revés de guga podría hacerle frente a federer.

  • and not even a smile after a shote like that

    (1:32)

  • oh my god.

  • unreal

  • Federer's backhand is a great shot. I wish he would hit it more aggressively more often.

  • Federer likes flat balls which Blake usually hits

  • he would be **

  • You would think that we would be tired after playing 96 matches before this one? Amazing

  • I wish Federer could hit more top spin backhands cleanly like this against Nadal but Nadal's super top spin ball to Federer's backhand really breaks down his technique for trying to hit top spin off the backhand side consistently =(.

Just a random thought. But seriously, those backhands were ridiculous! =D

  • i don´t like him, but this is amazing :O

  • Magic Fed. Awesome tennis!

  • What the heck are you doing Federer?? Unbelievable. o.O

  • this is problably the match that Federer play the best kind of backhands ever.

  • wow, this is beautiful tennis!

  • this is federer on fire, need i say more?

  • (forehand) lol. but that doesn't mean it's not perfect!

  • Fed said after this match that he felt he could hit backhands downtheline at will :)

  • lol ya rite, federer would never say anything that epic.

  • obviously you are an idiot and youd like to suck rafas dick

  • it's unreadable

  • Nice!
