@darkaurasinner To be honest, I have yet to bring out anything I know about black metal into the conversation. But I do agree that Mortiis isnt the best techno artist in the world. But the vibe he put into the music grabbed a lot of peoples adoration. So saying all he made is garbage is yet again like saying Dani Filth can scream.

@Akadou He can scream, but that's just about it. I agree, though, the vibe is nice, but poorly executed. That's a shame. This stuff is just too simplistic for me to accept as music. I consider it an intro to a great song that takes too long. It creates expectations that aren't fulfilled. That's why I call it garbage, a 6 year old can come up with a simple melody like this, and leave it in this raw form. Refining it might make it sound "commercialised", but then there's that debate, right?
