Tho it lacks other ludicrusly overpowered Protagonist characters such as Haruka from Noein (a Multiversal destroyer with outomatic defences), Lain from Serial Experiments Lain (aparintly Universal level and knows her powers fully at the end), Haruhi from TMoHS (Universal, but does not know her powers), and Giorno Giovanna from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (Gold Experiance Requiem...that is all) :D

I agree with this list in terms of power, but not in terms of skill, tactics, and ability. Some characters, like Alucard, Vash, and Train have the ability to beat some of the characters above them. Others, like Natsu or Lucy, will lose to certain characters underneath them. Even Taikobou has enough power to battle Son Goku.
yeah, I see that in description. If you have read the manga or are up to date with the ova he is much stronger after release. And, technically, he cant be killed easily so.... unfair judging in my opinion. If you know Alucard he almost always lets them attack first to toy with them.

@Buffbuu City busting and life wiping is easily balanced out by the fact that Lucy was melting away and reduced to a humanoid blob with extremely low accuracy; cant even hit someone a meter away from her with her massive vectors and that's just two consciousnesses holding the other back (PIS). Alucard goes intangible, phases a feet behind her, and shoots her. She's not reacting to what she can't see now can she? EoS Alucard is even more overkill.

@Buffbuu I've already read all of Hellsing and Elfen Lied, if you have to bring up Lucy in her strongest form, then Alucard simply goes intangible (the vectors are clearly visible in her stronger forms). Bando was able to evade her vectors that was reaching for him while they were still invisible. Alucard with far greater senses and a third eye ability will notice them easily.

I gotta disagree with a lot of those but I wanna know why Saber from Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero isn't even in the listing. She was fairly strong and should be in at least the top 15.

Silver Age Superman, and Goku's speed is undetermined because of the inconsistency of the anime. He says he can reach 99.9% of the speed of light. Yet Namek was many thousands of lightyears away. Which he can instantly teleport to. But he is almost the speed of light at the very least. And he can destroy whole planets when he was fighting Freiza. He is 1000s of times stronger than that by the end. And he can rip dimensionalwholes like Gotenks and Buu if he wanted. Goku> Sailor Moon.

I wanna tell my opinion about Goku's strength (from Manga and DBZ). He can destroy planets, that's right. But I remember and I'm sure that he can snatch ( I hope it's the right verb) dimensions with just his ki in SSJ3 stage like Super Boo and SSJ3 Gotenks. That can destroy the universe. (In Manga) his power is lower than Ultimate Gohan, but Goku is known for his techniques, which can kill opponents who are stronger than himself. That's why he is DBs strongest character.
@MovementJR umm just one question. I personally think that luffy is stronger than Tsuna mainly because luffy's gear 2 can probably (speculation) keep up with tsuna's HDWM speed and but mainly he is more powerful in terms of durability and maybe strength.

Goku is by far the strongest. In the first saga of DBZ Raditz moves faster than the speed of light and Vegeta destroys a planet easily. Raditz had 1000 power count. By the end of DBZ alone without GT Goku would have a power count of around 10 trillion based on 10X power up for each transformation. So he moves about a billions of times faster than the speed of light and can use instant transmition to go anywhere instantly. Also, boo could destroy the universe so Goku can too.
You have underestimated Gutz, but that's just because you probably haven't seen him in a Berserk armor - which makes him way stronger.
What else? Alucard... He should be at least in first 10 - He is invincible, already dead... So no one can kill him - not even once! It's damn easy! And he can do some very dangerous things too!

Bando was able to evade her vectors that was reaching for him while they were still invisible. Alucard with far greater senses and a third eye ability will notice them easily.

Silver Age Superman, and Goku's speed is undetermined because of the inconsistency of the anime. He says he can reach 99.9% of the speed of light. Yet Namek was many thousands of lightyears away. Which he can instantly teleport to. But he is almost the speed of light at the very least. And he can destroy whole planets when he was fighting Freiza. He is 1000s of times stronger than that by the end. And he can rip dimensionalwholes like Gotenks and Buu if he wanted. Goku> Sailor Moon.

I wanna tell my opinion about Goku's strength (from Manga and DBZ). He can destroy planets, that's right. But I remember and I'm sure that he can snatch ( I hope it's the right verb) dimensions with just his ki in SSJ3 stage like Super Boo and SSJ3 Gotenks. That can destroy the universe. Goku is by far the strongest. In the first saga of DBZ Raditz moves faster than the speed of light and Vegeta destroys a planet easily. Raditz had 1000 power count. By the end of DBZ alone without GT Goku would have a power count of around 10 trillion based on 10X power up for each transformation. So he moves about a billions of times faster than the speed of light and can use instant transmition to go anywhere instantly. Also, boo could destroy the universe so Goku can too.

But due to me learning the timeframe is 15 and not 10 years the calcs that come out are actually going to give Goku a pwr lvl of 480,000,000,000 in base in gt, 960,000,000,000,000 SSJ4 and 96,000,000,000,000,000 as SSJ4 Gogeta. Divide by 50,000 for the min lightning speed calc and hes 1,920,000,000,000x the speed of light, still over a trillion times.

@itachizetsupein Easy Cell and Frieza were still in hell and we dont se people like Broly yet hes referenced as in hell. Also theres many minor cast we dont see.

@itachizetsupein Janemba isnt there becouse since if he was hed have been causing the dimensions to go haywire and this never happens. And Haudegarn is simply elswhere unless you can prove otherwise since ive shown everybody is not present in the movie who is in Hell and there is nothing pointing to Hirudegarn not going to Hell.
