HEY. i cut the wire, and whenn i put the battery back into the psp it flashes green for a second, but it goes out. when i manually power it, it starts up regularly.

@erkanbalci You probably didn't cut it deep enough. If you keep cutting and cutting and you get nowhere, then you need to buy a Pandora's battery online. They're really cheap.

guys u need to cut it deep in order for it to work put some muscle into it if the green light doesnt turn on its still a regular battery meanin u need to cut deeper ... if the battery gets hot u messed up ... great job man

I cut the copper line, not the chip's leg. I have the Red PSP-2000 Slim. When i put the psp battery back together, i put the battery in and the green power light comes on for like 3 seconds and then shuts off. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

From what I'm aware of, you need to watch another video on how to downgrade 6.10 firmware. I'm pretty sure it's possible now. But I'm not positive!

I Want to have cfw 5.00 or some firmware i can use Fusa. thats really the only reason im modding my psp slim, i opened up my battery once and i just closed it back up because i had problems with my phat psp. i currently have version 6.10 and i have a formatted 2gb mem stick. should i use PSP Grader v0.8 beause thats for cfw 5.00 M33. Can i use psp grader v.0.8 now or should i downgrade it first what firmware should i downgrade to and how can i downgrade it?

Okay, since you have a PSP 3000 you need to search on Youtube, how to get custom firmware on PSP 3000 and look for at least a 4/5 rating.
