Bin erstaunt,dass dieser Spot mit Marlee Matlin für Apple schon 2Jahre zu sehen ist.Ich hätte sie nicht erkannt,obwohl ich "Gottes vergessene Kinder " sah.

Gut,dass nicht mehr nur aalglatte Typen Werbung machen,auch wenn es manchem ungewohnt sein wird mit ASL und Werbung.

If you mean is she using ASL, the answer is no. She's using Signed English signs in English word order. If it were ASL, the signs would be different and the sentences would be structured according to the ASL rules of grammar, not English.

No she's not. Like I said before, ASL has it's own grammar rules and it does not place words in English sentence structure. If she were using ASL, she wouldn't sign "What is power?" That's English. ASL would say "Power what?" She would use spatial mapping and a more appropriate use of indexing. Yes, she is using ASL signs but not ASL.

Macs were pretty awesome about 22 years ago.

And then they got jewish and started charging thousands just for the 'mac' name.

My PC is better than about 75% of all macs, I built it myself, and it costs about 2000 less than a rival mac.

The original Mac makes me think of a PC today. Component's that are cheap and scruffy (because of not much money), beige box and not much power. The only difference with Apple is that they improved. Even though we have the same kinda hardware than you our's is better because there is something that is called Quality that is a priceless component something that your little slapped together foreign company crap cannot compete with.

I don't think you've been exposed to a lot of PCs lately. I think we ditched the beige box back in the 90s. My computer could kick your $2000 MacBook's ass in performance. And the funny thing is, if you build yours on your own, you save a ton of money. I built my PC for $800, and it completely kicks the shit out of any mac under $3000.

I'm not sure if you understand that American Sign Language is a language in and of itself, with its own grammar and rules. It is NOT English translated into signs. It's a completely DIFFERENT language. It is more difficult for Deaf people to master English because many English concepts (the verb "to be," conjugation of verbs, articles) do not exist in ASL. English is not a "superior language;" language is not objective. Your comment shows a disgusting level of both ignorance and arrogance.

I'm studying to become an interpreter, so I think it's wonderful that YouTube has so many videos with ASL in them. Especially empowering ones like this.

Apple marketing mixes chip branding with personal enablement. Today, Apple is no longer using POWER or PowerPC architecture chips in their computers. Now Apple is designing their computers using Intel's x86 technology - just like other PCs. I doubt we will be seeing POWER branding messages from Apple any more, but maybe smart folks overcoming disabilities and wearing Intel bunny suits.
