The UN cannot continue without fulfilling its principled and purposed Charter of Chapter XII Resolution UNGA 181 and its international law obligations, individualy and collectivly, to UNGA 181 State of Palestine.

Remeber that all agencies of governance are only as good as the persons administrating.

One can have a great system like USA and poor leadership of Bush 43 or poor system like PLO and great leadership of Arafat; or the worst of both- system and leadership like in african states.

When a system operates profeciently with administrators like in NAZI Germany then malevolent obhective are secured.
