@robtai2 yes, it probably could hold a bigger box, but those boxes not only have the whales in them, but WATER too, which is HEAVY in that amount. there isa limit to the amount of weight that a plane like that can carry safely

man, if UPS is the only option for those poor sharks, I'd say leave them in Taiwan! I worked for UPS briefly and saw the HORRIBLE way they treat packages, so unless there is absolutely no other option, I never use UPS. Fed Ex is the good one, honestly

@GucciLikeSushi because according to the video, the plane only takes about 30 hours. which means that they don't have to worry about the water's purification, storing food and feeding the whale shark, or possible bad weather or conditions on the seas. In addition, ships can only travel where there's water, which means they're no good if the aquarium is far inland. if they transported them by ship, they'd have to worry about all of those, AND the voyage would take MUCH longer (days or weeks)
