great video vey helpfull. i will be contacting MRT soon for a suspension set up my-self. and yes coil overs are best for making wieght balance front to back, left right your car with you in it is best. getting the proper swaybars for the way you drive or purpose is important. i suggest adjestable endlinks to nutralize the cars suspention

Up to you. You can keep the stock ones or upgrade to more heavy duty ones. It is probably best to get a suspension tuner to advise you on what it right for your car and what you are doing with it.
its preferred, limits your rear body roll, depends if it sedan or hatch tho, i have the 08 wex and have chosen to put whiteline adjustable on as advised by MRT and front strut brace also whiteline
