Socialism/marxism doesn't reject personal private property... it only rejects private ownership of 'the means of production' i.e. big business and banks and utilities etc.

This is made explicit in the .communist manifesto' by Marx.

I think Obama wants to break the US economy once and for all in order to redesign in a European marxist view. The US is not his to do this he only a stewart for the people and Constitution.

Your kidding right I grew up in Liberal California and ever since I was small my teachers were always tearing down the US espicallly white males. I felt guilty and upset when the subject of history came up Since I was white and male. It finally drove me into the arms of our Founding Fathers and Rush Limbaugh.
