This author used a player called MI music plaer to rip from the rom and he somehow skipped that song which is towards the end of the list but I can listen to it if I want to.

Huge difference in quality from this and the N64 version.

It's a tie. The N64 use MIDI but the music was in stereo and higher bit rate while Arcade used streamed realistic sounds but it suffered from mono low bit rate audio as I am listening to this with headphone.
