I'm sure all the seasoned Chinese chefs and Chinese food purists watching this would wanna strangle Chen. First swallow's nest ice cream then deep frying them! "ultimate sacrilege!"...I can imagine hearing them utter in their heads in Chinese. If only Chua Lam was in the judging panel. I think he'll give him zero!

The challenger somehow fit a full wok of noodles into that ladle with NO problem. Wow.

he cooled the noodle straight after he took it out from the boiling water. this makes the noodle much more "springable" if u get wat i mean and it really gives out a good texture. and cooling it down will also shrink the noodle size too
