I was doing the scroll duplication glitch, then i had like 400 of the scrolls so after that i wanted to duplicate the 1 lockpick i had left... It turned into over 400 lockpicks being spawned all at once at one location so rapidly my xbox 360 crashed .-.

get the skeleton key by doing the quest for the shrine of nocturnal shrine(near leyawin) it will tell you to go to wee-bam-na's house talk to the count first hear them carefully and they will talk where it is. get to tide water cave(lowest place left of bogwater)get the eye, give it to nocturnal and then you get the skeleton key.

you could just duplicate them using the duplication glitch, and if you don't know how to do that let me tell you, and you know what you do not have to go to jail.

1: get any scroll (more than 1 of the same scroll)

2: double click that scroll

3: drop the item you wish to duplicate (Lock Picks includes)

4: pick up your dropped items

5: repeat as much as you wish

again no killing guards, and you can do this anywhere... also good way to get mercantile up to 100 fast

Or just 1) find the skeleton key (making your lockpicks unbreakable) 2) Create a unlock very hard lock spell (Self explanatory) (All other locks that require a key are commonly involved in a quest and can be found or pickpocketed.)
