  • Brilliant! I have an antique vulcanized rubber necklace that turned from black to brown just by washing it with soap and water (I wonder why ny neck wasn't black). But how do you prep the article for dying? Alcohol to remove as much oil as possible? Soap and water like I did? Thank you!

  • Thanks for that Jeri, I will have a go at dying my RepRap objects with Rit dye. Ever thought about making your plastic parts with a RepRap?
