I had the same problem. Chraging it and hitting reset did not work. U need to put the keypad back in DISCOVERY mode. Do this by holding down the top blue left shoulder pad and sliding the switch from OFF to ON. The remote should start blinking but intermittently. Now go to MANAGE BLUETOOTH DEVICE and click SCAN for new devices. It should find it right away and give you a 6 digit number to enter in with the keypad. Do it and leave it. It will say REGISTER COMPLETE. It should work now. :)

At first this didn't work for me, but I finally tried turning off bluetooth on my nearby iPad and it worked... Wasn't even paired with my iPad. Anyhow if you have a similar problem, check any non ps3 bt devices are off
