Williams has too much size and too many weapons for Mayweather who fast as he is would find it diffult to handle a strong 6 foot plus southpaw.
Williams in my view would beat anybody in that division including Pacquiao, however I think Floyd Myweather would beat Pacquiao as well.

It is not a valid of excuse for Pacquiao to say I am not afraid of Paul Williams but he is too tall, despite them both weighing 147lbs.
Pacquiao wouldn't fight Williams for the same reason I suspect Mayweather, Cotto and the others wouldn't fight Paul Williams is because they don't think they could beat him.

Pac does not hit as hard as people think... In the lower weight class he is a beast has a welter weight he is not... Mayweather can take punch on top of that he doesn't get hit anyway..
