2. Patently false. The Muslims perpetrated slavery on tens of millions of blacks and were almost exclusively responsible for the African slave trade. The only people spared were Blacks who converted to Islam. This reprieve was not do to any moral objection to slavery but rather do to Muhammad outlawing the trade in other Muslims. Being a Muslim and coming from the area where Talibans have caused havoc , I can fully understand relevance of Hirsa's views. I am impressed by Hirsa's boldness in speaking her mind. We need more Voltaires and Galileos in the Muslim world, and Hirsa is one of the first rain drops. I don't wish to worship her so don't care about her credentials. I am more interested in what she is saying. Very few men, let alone women, show the courage which Hirsa has shown so far.

She moved to the USA because she was nearly stripped of her Dutch citizenship which she gained by identity fraud: she lied about her name, date of birth,the country from which she came to Holland, as well as the reasons why she fled to Holland. She had to leave her PM-position in the Dutch Parliament because of that and was nearly stripped of her Dutch citizenship.

Obviously u haven't read much about her. She never hid the fact that she lied to get her Dutch citizenship. She mentioned it in several interviews and at her several places of work and no one seemed to care much until years later when the immigration laws were being revised. She even told the Liberal Party, for which she was a candidate about it before parliamentary elections, but they said they wanted her anyway...So they voted her into parliament knowing all about her past.
