  • Coach Should i change my workout program every 2 weeks?

  • @FastRunner1994

Not really, you should change your workouts when your progress slows down. The time it takes for your body to adapt to a workout program will vary for everyone. Generally the more advanced you are, the faster you'll adapt and the more often you'll need to change things up.

  • @alex2311

I've always done cardio as a supplemental exercise to my weight training. I use a lot of cardio variety like walking, jogging, cardio machines, bike riding, etc. The main change I make is I'll do more cardio when training for fat loss (i.e. daily) and less when training for mass (i.e. 3 days per week).

  • i tried the program too dude and i gained over 12 pounds of muscle. THANKS :)

  • Ah i remember you recruiting your test subjects, glad to hear it worked for ya

  • @alex2311

Yes, you can do all the programs. But you'll have to do them smart. You can't be haphazard about it and just hop from program to program. Go through each one in it's entirety and max out your gains with one program before moving on to the next one.

  • Hey lee i thought that we where suppose to wait till the 63 day cycle to send you the after pics. I took some picture today of where im at in the program and would like to send you the before and after pics.

  • @Boxer702

You can still send in your pics. The ones that we have posted are from an earlier test group. Vince asked his followers to go through only 1 or 2 cycles. I wanted to set aside another test group who would go through a minimum of 3 cycles to show the long term results that people can make with this program. A lot of skeptics think this is just a one time thing, so I wanted to show that it's not and that people can actually make progress with multiple cycles.

  • Great advice! Thanks for sharing this video with all of your subscribers.

    TheAbStand*net

  • Im one of the success stories listed in the link and this workout is kickass! Im about to start my second cycle!

  • @Jeter500

Good for you, keep me posted on your results!

  • For all the haters and skeptics who are getting mad over this, please take a step back and look at the big picture. We're not trying to hurt anyone, offend anyone, or save the world. The whole reason we are online is to help people get in shape. We are doing that by simply promoting a new diet and exercise system that we have used and that has worked really well for our test subjects. If you don't like & don't want to try it, that's totally cool, just ignore it and click away, simple as that :-)

  • @leemhayward Much respect man.

  • @leemhayward Stop bullshitting us we all know if we have done some research it is impossible to gain that much muscle without steroids in such short period if this method worked and was real then athletes from all over the globe would be doing this youd be a millionaire. So please gtfo with this snake oil shit.

  • @th3toiletguy9111111

Actually this program came about directly from studying the results that athletes have gotten from calorie cycling. If you have read the e-reports we provided you would have seen the story of how this system can to be. Competitive bodybuilders use the rebound effect to gain lean muscle with every single competition they do. Ask any competitive bodybuilder and they'll tell you first hand that they get bigger, stronger, and more muscular from the rebound effect.

  • @zombiekicker

    Well that's good advice... :-)

  • no offense but other bodybuilding youtubers are saying the 21 day stuff is nonesense

  • @CIarKent

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But the fact is that all of the youtubers who hate us and are shooting the program down haven't even tried it yet. Heck it was only released to our initial test group of people and the results from everyone who has gone through the program have been positive. Everyone who followed it came out with visible and measurable improvements after the 21 day cycle.

  • I haven't seen this program first hand but it sounds very similar to one of your buddies (I think) programs Elliot Hulse which he's giving away for free just because, not sure if your familiar with him but it does sound like the same principle of a 3 week period for gaining mass

  • @ethanomglolz

I know Elliot personally and he's an awesome strength coach. The idea of cycling your training in 3 week blocks is a proven system that works. I've based a lot of my training programs around that in the past. For example, my Blast Your Bench program is based around 3 week training cycles. But we've never incorporated specialized 3 week primer and overload nutrition cycles before along with the 3 week training cycles. That's the kicker with the new FMB program.

  • Im still skeptic. Wheres the before pic's

    Some are missing pics

One guy (who made the best gains imo) was post comp, of course hes going to pack on size, hes just been on a mad diet/cardio regime.

Still not a solid believable program. Its as shady as vince's 'skinny vinny' bull crap story that Scooby scientifically proved wrong.

  • @markgoffeney

You are right in that the degree of rebound one makes is in direct proportion to the degree of restriction they went through to prime their bodies. We're not denying that. We actually cover this in my detail in the Anabolic Amplifier Effect report. But the thing is that this process still works over and over again when you keep cycling it. So even after that initial big hit rebound guys can still make gains from their 2nd cycle, 3rd cycle, etc. It's not just a one time thing.

  • @leemhayward I know i understand, im not actually a hater/troll

Im just trying to fully understand your concept

My one qualm is you advertised 12 pounds in 21days

The majority of your success stories gained like 4 and 6... and then some others cycled twice

Its just not living up to your claims is all.

  • @markgoffeney

The degree of rebound made is in direct proportion to the degree of restriction during the primer phase. What we have is an average of everyone who has followed the program. (Note: not all 100 test subjects are listed on the blog, we only showed a dozen or so). But the critical point is that everyone gained lean muscle with each cycle through, their 1st cycle, 2nd cycle, 3rd, etc... It's something that you can keep coming back to over and over again which is really cool.

  • So is this free? Just wondering because I'm very curious about this

  • @cfcjt93

This program will be in the price range of all of our complete training system programs. This program will include a huge ebook (over 100 pages of pure science and step-by-step outlines), over ten hours of DVD footage, meal plans ranging from 1,000 cals to 6,000 cals and much, much more. We’re actually going to show you the ENTIRE program breakdown on Thursday. We also have a few hidden surprises… opportunities to hang out and train with Vince and I so stay tuned!

  • having before and after pics would bring more credibility

  • To be honest: that look like one of a million bodybuilding commercial site.. do you had the chance to film there development? photos prove nothing (no offence, lee)!

  • @BeatBay

I've actually trained and helped several of these guys personally and have seen their progress first hand. But you are right someone else's progress doesn't really mean anything to you. So my advice if you are curious to see if it will actually work for you is give it a try and follow the program for yourself. That way you can come to your own conclusions.

  • i was skeptic at first, now im coming round to the idea. Keeping my eyes peeled for tomorrows update!
