Only two arrows to kill a bear? :D I don't know what perk you should get... Compare the effects of the one-handed and the destruction perks and pick de one that adds more % to the damage or the cost.

I'm a lv 27 imperial race, heavy armor, one handed, conjuration, speech, smithing, enchanting, alchemy. :3 I also have beast form and can resurrect all dead around me to fight for me.

Hmmm... in my opinion i think you should get the perk for destruction.
