I won't pretend to be any sort of expert, but I know the last time I was with someone when their motorcycle wouldn't start, it was about the gas. He let it sit all winter without starting it and the gas that sat in the tank that whole time was made of terrible. It was the same situation too where it would turn over, but not start. Wow, yeah I have no idea what I'm saying on this topic. Hah This probably isn't helpful at all. Sorry!

Hmm. Well I changed out the gas and it didn't help. I dunno, I am going to get a mechanic to look at it. I changed the spark plugs, the gas, the oil and well that's pretty much all I can do, haha.

drain the gas from the carburetor and the fuel tank. Fuel goes bad. hopefully it didn't gum up in the carbs. If id did gum up you may have to rebuild them. but hopefully the gas has just gone bad and isn't burning.....im sure thats what the trouble is.

Perhaps. The walnuts are always crushed into small pieces and the cones are thin and should not completely obstruct airways. Also you should always chew your food!

Your bike has been sitting for a while right? My guess would be the gas that was sitting in the bikes carbs dried up and gummed them up. Give them a good cleaning and your bike should work. Have you ever cleaned out carbs before? If not I can try to give you a few tips.

Oh and what model is your bike?

I've never cleaned out the carbs before. It is a 2001 triumph tt600. I don't think it is the carbs though because it stopped running before I left for school when I was still riding it.

Well good news you don't have to worry about the carbs. I just check and the 01 Triumph TT600 has fuel injection. The bad news is I don't know anything about how it works so I can't help you with it. Other then saying try changing the fuel filter and you should find a Triumph motorcycle forum.

Or you could always give up and buy a Suzuki.:)
