This is how it should be done. Women should be able to challenge for the other titles as well as men, expect have their own equivalent to the likes of the World Heavyweight (and I mean exact equivalent). So both genders should be able to challenge for the likes of the Intercontinental, Tag Team, US etc. but only the top titles depend on gender. Men only go for the WWE, World Heavyweight and ECW, Women only go for the Womens, Divas and another.
