  • Judith is the best singer in the world.

  • At the 34-39 sec point the lady not sure if she is at this concert or at a Florida ( Gator ) football game.

  • Jesus! She was doing that thing with the voice before Celine was ever a thought!

  • They are amazing! Why did they ever stop singing in the 60's? They are so talented, and Judith makes it look so easy to sing like that! What a voice!

  • la misma vos la misma musica los mismos itegrantes dios los bendiga lodigo de corazon gracias por el recuerdo

  • Judith is a Doll.... Its a good thing for her I m not 10 yrs. younger than I am...

or she'd be in a lot of trouble.....

  • 2 people dislike this???

    They must be U.S Congressman......

Totally Clueless...Judith Durham... is as close to Angelic as you will ever encounter in your lifetime.( maybe Art Garfunkel)

  • I wonder what the kids of today will leave for their grandchildren in the way of song?

It is wonderful to see them, and to hear Judith's voice so pure and strong. I wish they had never broken up, but had gone on singing.

  • 2 people live in a world of there own!

  • Great song brought tears to my eyes!

  • Harmonies to die for!!!

  • They sound wonderful!! Still going what they do best , thrilling us with great music and performance.. Thanks for posting !

  • I don't know about the rest of the world, but the USA sure could use a group like this. Not just the fact they are excellent at what they do, but they bring people together with such joy and happiness. Something the USA is so lacking in any longer, whether its music or anything for that matter.

  • @Glendale41 :

I agree that the "USA sure could use a group like this", but "The Seekers" aren`t just Australian. They are also citizens of the world bringing people together from all over the globe with joy and happiness. Music truly is the International Language. Lorraine

  • Ummm, I should mention I adore the woman...like it's not clear...

  • If only...the Godess on Earth at the time...so glad she's still with us...

  • You have to ask, how many of todays 'stars' make their own frocks, like she did.

  • What an incredible voice!! Simply beautiful.Lovin' it!!!!!!

  • excellent sound but what an ill fitting dress. she deserves better.

  • This group really did have a way of making people happy, and Judith still has the voice as beautiful as ever. I wish there were groups around these days that could bring people together and just celebrate life and be happy.

  • beautiful music , doubt such class will ever be seen again, if modern standards anything to go by

  • would be nice to see the 12-string solo being played. all good stuff tho

  • How can anyone not just love this. No matter what age. Simple lyrics easily understood but that still have meaning. Simply wonderful, both in the 60's and now!!

  • @peebee59 You're right about people of all ages loving this music: I was in the audience that night, and I'll never forget it. That was the first concert I ever went to. I was ten years old. :)

  • Who needs a studio? What a voice, what a sound. love it.

  • i can only assume that the one person who dislikes this is deaf and fucking dumb

  • @play52ful

Just plain dumb would have been sufficient.

  • She certainly has an incredible voice. Of the four she seems the only one who is ageless.

  • Judith is an angel. A gift to mankind is she.

  • This song sure brings back memories.

    Thank you.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • @dazbluey I'm from the states. Never got to see even a picture of them, back when, that I can remember. Loved their music. Wore my Georgy Girl 45 out. Their charisthma is unmatched. Ms Durham has a unique talent and could stand with anybody, who has ever sung and yet appears down to earth. From the clips I have seen, she has a genuine, effortless relationship with the audience. Most appealing stage presense I have seen. Here, they should have left the drummer at home. Great post Thanks

  • such talent, such joy, the seekers have made this a better world for millions and millions of people, and when I die, and if I hear Judiths voice I know I will truly be in heaven

  • I am continuously amazed at how "together" this group is. It's simply impossible for them to have an off performance!

  • I will always have a soft spot for this song - it was the one that drew my attention to this group back in the 60's. A long and harmonious relationship :=))

  • A band? Hardly, they were a musical expression of truth and hope, for that matter they still are and ALWAYS will be...

  • AND she plays the piano as good as she sings to boot. Great talent.

  • Gotta be the BEST Band of ALL TIME .....

  • @steveJ1957 Actually, brother, this foursome was a lot more than merely a band. How about . . . . the ultimate recording phenomenon.

  • Be still my beating heart!

Judith, there's STILL time for us!

  • @glamfoxbuster Yer right Des in your dreams .. ha ha ..Aussie ☺

  • @australianfan Hey!, she asked ME!

    sort of.

  • @glamfoxbuster Keep dreaming ...

  • The voice of an angel

  • statistics have shown one in every 107 people are idiots ....

  • I remember this song when i was in the choir i sung this song

  • Classic folk song, always brings s smile to my face, and reminds me of good times, and affirms that Judith Durham is is one of the greatest talents ever, She had the gift, and did not waste it, Thanks Judith you made my life brighter, as I am sure you did for many millions more

  • they have that magic in their music,it will live on,my 10 yr old gran son is a fan and loves to sing morningtown ride and georgy girl........

  • like a good wine matures very nicely

  • I love Judith... her voice is angelic!

  • Comment removed

  • her voice is fantastic!

  • In my search to date, I've yet to find another group that ever recorded this song, and with good reason. The melody, the harmonies and the joy this group brought forth in this piece are absolutely incomparable. Has any group anywhere ever done a song more than 25 years after its first release . . . . and topped even their own original?

    P.S. --- Nearly 32,000 views thus far . . . . and I think I've played half of them.

  • If I had known her 40 years ago I would have swam the Pacific to meet her!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MichaelSansone1948

That makes two of us, and probably a whole lot more!

  • beautiful...One of my favorite. the seekers forever.greetings from Malaysia.

  • Jesus! Where is this kind of music now? These folks play music that has no time boundaries. They have always moved my heart and soul with their unique sound.

  • I can't understand even 1 "dislike"...I've noticed the people who click "dislike" on songs like this never leave comments. I can only assume it's because they can't spell.

  • @garymichael1950

I don't understand either...though each one means one less person jamming the servers to watch this ;-)

  • Judith, Keith, Bruce and Athol......100 % primo

  • Judith Durham just knocks me out just like she did in the 60's-that voice. Simply magnificent!

  • FAB can anybody tell me where I can buy this DVD in England ?

  • this is wonderfull

  • This group has it all! Good, solid musicianship, chemistry, flawless delivery, and the ability to endear generations of fans. They know how to attract and hold a crowd without having to go on stage half dressed, with gaudy styles and instruments so loud that the music is lost

  • This is one the greatest songs I know. I have known it since I was a child. But until now, I couldn't search for it. Silly me, I thought it was "Land of Our Own." No wonder I couldn't find it! Anyways, thanks a million for posting.

  • Are they all still with us?

  • @boardey

Yes but they are very old now.

  • @johnmilo117 Judith was 50 in this clip. Her voice was still clear and strong as when she became famous 25 years earlier. Now she is 67 but I'm sure her voice is still the same. She is not indeed a very pretty woman but she is really 'beautiful' in my mind.

  • @niruth1000 I think she's 66 now (almost 67) but judging by recent clips I've seen Judith's voice is still amazing given her age and she's in good shape.

  • @niruth1000 Her voice is the same...

  • @johnmilo117 Depends on your definition of "very old." The oldest just turned 70. All of them are in great shape and fit to play...

  • @iowa61 Yea i know, I meant to say old.. not very old XD

  • @johnmilo117 ...70 is the new 40... :)

  • @iowa61 lol haha :)

  • Yes, the joy. How our world needs more of that. I didn't love the Seekers when I was a kid but I really love them now.

  • fantastic voice best group around in there heyday, still brilliant to listen to the seekers brings back a lot of good times,

  • Is it possible Judith Durham sounds better than she did in 1968??!!!?? Unbelievable!

  • Not many matched the voice of Judy Duraham

  • A perfect harmony, so great

  • Battling with my marihuana-addiction at the moment, been clean and sober since April last year, no-one to turn to at the moment...shall I built a world of MY own and buy some ? Or...shall I listen to the Angelic voice of Judith all night and beat the craving that's haunting me now? The latter I hope will work for me.

  • Get real, brother. There isn't a single drug from any source that could ever match the good-time high you can get from listening to this group perform this song. Can ya testify with me, somebody?

  • @LoyalHoundDog brother, I got real, stayed sober, listened to a lot of the Seekers" vids...it really helped again, just like about a year ago when I started to quit. The hard times I had then were softened by Judith's voice and The Seekers'music, touches my heart what they do !

  • Blijf luisteren naar haar hemelse stem, het helpt, echt!

  • A lot of hard times have been softened by the talent, music and humanity of The Seekers...

  • "Can ya testify with me, somebody?"

    Somebody agrees.

  • @LoyalHoundDog

Yes Ive just seen this and i agree

  • You may be on to something. Listening to the Seekers as a cure for addiction. Good luck.

  • I have had the pleasure of meeting Judith Durham on a number of occasions and she has always been a charming lady both off the stage as well as on it,she has a beautiful voice and a personality to match.

  • Must have been tough in 1968 for the guys to loose Judith Durham with her strong beautiful voice. Listen to her 25 years after and as we go into the 21st century 2009 her voice is still fabulous. Thank You Lovely Judith for all the beautiful music.

    Sir David...

  • The Seekers & Lovely Judith Durham.

She has such a powerful voice.

    Love You Judith. Sir David

  • Even after the Seekers first captured me back in 1964, then disappeared in '68, their top-drawer music never let go of this Yank. What a marvelous folk-pop group; what a superb blend of accoustics and harmonics. The video reveals just how much this foursome enjoyed what they did and sang. And yes, I agree that Judith is as gorgeous and melodic as ever, but I really love watching ole Athol on bass here. He was clearly in a world of his own during the song. Oh, to have seen them in person.

  • Wow, what a performance!.. I too love Judith. Take a number!

  • Msn, I wish I'd been there. Love them! Always have. Love Judith Durham.

  • sonoranrat70 You are 100% spot on :-)

  • The smiles and joy on the faces of the audience demonstrates the everlasting nature of the Seekers and their genre of music. Look at the joy on the lady at 33" or the gentleman at 2'14". Awesome the feeling the group brings and generates.

  • Such an unchanged & everlasting band & good voice, great !!

  • Bloody hell. They sound as good now as they did in the 60s.Singing clear as a bell. Thanks for posting.

  • @heywoodejerblowme I was thinking the same. Miss Durhams voice hasn't changed one bit.

  • @heywoodejerblowme and judith is just as beautiful too, these guys are great

  • The Best!!

  • Ohod. To have been there..........

  • Take their best songs and there's nobody I'd ever enjoy listening to more than this group. They were as good as anyone.

  • GREAT,,,RWB

  • I'd pretty much forgotten about the seekers after Georgy Girl in 1967. What a treat to see these videos. Didn't realize how much I loved Judith especially in cohouts with the rest of the foursome. Was this act planned in heaven?

  • awesome

  • I'm grateful that folks post some of these precious reunion videos. But why are they always cut off too early? Even before the notes decay?

  • The Seekers best Thanks Darren

  • Sigh... yeah, I know what you mean. She is unique.

  • Why, oh why don't they make singers like that anymore?
