Dads Win Child Custody - Fathers Waste $500 a day in custody

anybody have dealings with the court system here in wisconsin? I am a single father awarded 50-50 custody(of course the mom has primary physical placement) and my childs mother has refused any visitation.I NEED FEEDBACK VERY BADLY. thank you for anything you can contribute.

I HATE THIS VIDEO because this guy is absolutely right! Courts hate even great dads since it's easy for the courts! If courts sided with dads, it'd be difficult for them. But, to side with a mom, even a bad mom, it's reverse double-jeopardy - it's easy for courts, and, it breeds the potential of a bad mom creating a bad child who'll go into the system and make even more job security for the courts! Dads = sperm donors and piggy banks; their "bad" kids = more jobs for courts! Nice system!?!?

Visitation is a myth, if and when a mother decides your child is getting to attached to dad the fear of losing her meal ticket and 18 plus years of residual income will drive her to resorting to every dirty tactic imaginable to set you up. The Extort Courts will provide her free legal representation while denying you even simple access to the necessary forms. They will help her find excuses if she hasnt already set you up with staged domestic distubances or painted you as the bad guy.

@atmdaddy - What you wrote is EXACTLY what happened to me! Only free-loading moms get yet another free ride from our courts!? My Son's mom has a part-time job; lies on financial statements in court; is a BAD and neglectful mom; has a jail record; restraining orders from past boyfriends; an eviction notice from a boyfriend whom she pretended to be pregnant as to throw him from his own home - and, she now owns her own home due to my child support! Only in America!? I don't get this at all!?!?

I have full custody of my little girl get this court wanted to give her to her mom till she said she dont want her but she will pay whatever she needs to pay she wants it over my little girl is just now 2 i have had her everyday since she was born

The odds are stacked against us, but a positive attitude and good judgement goes a long way. I was just awarded custody of my 2 teenage daughters. It's easy to just sit back and say the odds are against us... so do something about it. I followed the approriate procedures, stayed positive and actually my ex-wife's negative actions in the matter played against her. Never speak a bad word about the other parent to the children. I was also awareded child support. It pays to hang in there.

@richwhittaker I've had custody too but I'll be the first to admit it is very rare and the Extort Courts did nothing to assist. The key here is the ex has to drop the ball then you pounce. Emergency temporary custody order and even the cops will be bewildered and not really know how to react. One cop said to me in this State even crackwhores always get custody. Either way it was definately nice to be calling the shots in my kids lives for once and they turned out great. Hung in there.

This video is so true. I experienced this when I hired an lawyer for my custody case. I also got burned for 12,000 dollars and accomplished nothing. I now have sole custody and did it on my own. Great Video!!
