You can't figure it out, simply because the blue quadrilateral isn't marked with a right angle. Since you can't know for sure if it's drawn to scale, you must assume it's not. This means that there isn't a way to prove that any shown angles are the measures they appear to be. Given this, the problem is impossible. If you had marked the quadrilateral's adjacent sides as perpendicular to each other, then your solution would be valid. But as is, your solution is not necessarily correct.
