im not done the game but i watch parts of the game anyways. so let me get this staight emil was never a person but insteed a personality or part of someone else. this is kind of like yugioh im talking about the alter ego part. in yugioh he is all shy and everything but when his alter ego kicks in he is stonger and braver. so this is simalar in a way.

Lloyd matured a great deal thanks to Kratos. And I've figured it out! I originally thought that Aselia was the name of the world tree, but from playing Phantasia, Martel was originally the summon spirit of a tree named Yggdrasill, so then I began to wonder if this tree's name was Yggdrasill as well. But I knew that when Lloyd said, "Mithos became the World Tree. At least that's what I believe." I knew that the tree's name had to be Yggdrasill.

LOL NO. at first Aster died because he was killed by Ratatosk himself. The REAL Emil died in Palmacosta. Ratatosk took Aster's form and he was still "Aster" when he awoken in Palmacosta. He saw a women lying on the floor and knelt down. The women is Emil's mother and thought that Aster is Emil. so from then on, Aster thought his name was "Emil". hope this had helped :D

He never took Emil's personality, "Emil" is just the good side of Ratatosk.

now the eyes may have been a thing of the moment. He can change them from red to green without problem so I don't think it needs more explanation than that :/

So Ratatosk was a summon spirit of the Great Kharlan Tree while Martel is the summon spirit of the new tree. I wouldn't think of either of them as summon spirits.

To think Tenebrae knew the Martel and Mithos. It would be a cruel reality if Lloyd would have told him the whole truth about the two.

That's not really true. If you remember, at the end of ToS 1, Lloyd shattered Mithos' Cruxis Crystal and absorbed it into his own Exsphere.

Then, when using the Eternal Sword to revive the Great Seed, the shards of Mithos' crystal were absorbed into the Seed. SO there is some truth to what he said.

thats the reason Lloyd named the tree Yggdrasil, but if you have any knowledge about Norse Mythology, then youd know this game has alot of Norse influence...The World Tree...is the mythical Norse tree also named Yggdrasil, i think its cool how the devo. team blended the Symphonia story with the norse myth.

Well actually if i remember correctly...

When ToS1 ended the tree you saw grow was just a foresight of what the tree of life would be like in the future.

But then Martel showed that the tree was just a small shoot and that it needed nurturing before it could grow tall or something...

Could be wrong though i haven't played the game in years.
